I love my kindle. I honestly don't think I could go back to analogue books ever. I'm reading more and, as someone who reads more than one book at a time, don't have to choose which book to take with me every day. Plus it fits in my bag. Plus I can read long heavy books that I wouldn't otherwise want to carry around. Plus it stops me skipping to the end to find out what happens!
ReplyDeleteMy big analogue thing is CDS. I cannot for the life of me imagine why anyone would want to buy an MP3. You don't get cover art and the sound quality is so inferior it's unreal. Turning one's CDs into MP3s for portable players and in the car is one thing but paying money for them! WTF!!
But sound is my big important sense - touch and smell (like you are talking about with books - not so much.
