When I go to family members' houses and they set out paper plates, I surreptitiously put mine back in the cupboard and get a plate (which I wash after and put right back where I found it). I'm nuts, but they understand and love me anyway.A Green Spellhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01969172758958356865noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2965370542440002490.post-30756257757079707372010-07-30T12:58:11.184-03:002010-07-30T12:58:11.184-03:00Your wedding is going to be super amazing!!Your wedding is going to be super amazing!!babshttp://babsbabble.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2965370542440002490.post-66213204167295058402010-07-30T00:31:12.904-03:002010-07-30T00:31:12.904-03:00Dear Eco Yogini,
Sorry to comment "off-topi...Dear Eco Yogini,

Sorry to comment "off-topic" but I've been meaning to ask you: what do you use to clean your mat? Whole Foods sells a mini bottle for 10 dollars! And I think it had peroxide in it... I just use water and a towel. But, um...there are dark spots starting to show up where my feet have frequented the mat. ewwwwAnahitahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10623856754458731972noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2965370542440002490.post-10292123335492555452010-07-29T22:52:06.078-03:002010-07-29T22:52:06.078-03:00i think you ROCK! i have that experience similar ...i think you ROCK! i have that experience similar to diana - our work instituted composting and put the bright green bins right next to the garbage cans so it's easy, yet the trash cans are full of compostable plates, napkins, etc. lazy BUMS!EcoGrrlhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04856550147714231721noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2965370542440002490.post-40435854320689558152010-07-29T22:12:46.217-03:002010-07-29T22:12:46.217-03:00I don't think you're crazy, but I do know ...I don't think you're crazy, but I do know the feeling. I was at a work training this week where all attendees were provided free water bottles, but no recycling facilities. I took a re-usable bag and collected empty bottles from the people in my small group. Most were happy about the idea, but I got a few odd looks as I fished bottles out of garbage cans.Dianahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17245149881656326385noreply@blogger.com
