Unfortunatelly most teachers don't respect that while pushing you deeper into a position your body is not ready for... and then tell them, as no-teacher, that this is not right...Nuithttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08332603559769926281noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2965370542440002490.post-21822105417638968462011-06-15T23:38:28.080-03:002011-06-15T23:38:28.080-03:00When I started doing yoga, it has opened so many t...When I started doing yoga, it has opened so many things for me. Physically, emotionally and mentally. I started collecting these nice sculptures on yoga poses and my preschooler loves to look at them and follow the poses as much as she can :) very cute!Renz Alcantarahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17607558523475419652noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2965370542440002490.post-66550728172004526542011-06-15T00:36:57.141-03:002011-06-15T00:36:57.141-03:00"Stop" is indeed a four-letter word, but..."Stop" is indeed a four-letter word, but sometimes it feels good to use it anyway. Thank you for sharing what may be a good intent/mantra to pull out every now and then.Molly Helmhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03456471503002962613noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2965370542440002490.post-89484952188357652252011-06-14T17:27:54.209-03:002011-06-14T17:27:54.209-03:00I absolutely love this and a great lesson to share...I absolutely love this and a great lesson to share! I try to remind my students of this on a regular basis...to experience the pose, not force their way into it. It's amazing how once you start to let go of trying so hard, things just fall into place.
